Baywater Farms grows our local heirloom produce in a ½ acre hydroponic greenhouse, packed with 24 acres’ worth of field crops, and the surrounding fields. Our hydroponic greens are known throughout the area for their delicious taste and are available every day of the year. Our field crops, including graffiti eggplant and shishito peppers, are cultivated carefully for maximum flavor and gorgeous colors on your dinner plate.
